A hotel reservation has been made on your behalf at the National Hotel.
All rooms have been pre-booked.
Hotel check-in begins at 4 pm. The hotel cannot guarantee check-in before 4 pm. Early check-in is based on availability and arrival time. If needed, you can leave your luggage at the bell stand while you explore the hotel and surrounding areas.
When you check in you will be asked to provide a credit card to cover any incidentals, additional nights and any other expenses charged to the room.  Your room will be covered by FRENCHFOUNDERS for the nights of the Conference.  You are responsible for any additional nights.
For guests extending their stay to include the night of the 15th, please note that this additional night will be at your own expense.
 

FOOD & BEVERAGES

All your meals will be provided starting with the Breakfast on Wednesday morning or Lunch on Wednesday Mid day. Lunch will also be served on Friday at Mid-day. Please do not expense for additional meals during the event exception on Tuesday night for some of you in pre-arrivals.

TRANSPORTATION

There is no organized ground transportation from the airport to the hotel.
When you arrive in Miami, please take an Uber/Lyft/rideshare or taxi to the National Hotel. Carpool with your co-workers when possible. Please do not rent a car.

ON-SITE MEETING REGISTRATION & MATERIALS PICKUP

Please pick up name badges and meeting materials on the 2nd floor of the hotel on Wednesday, Nov. 13, between 1:00 pm and 6:30 pm at the foyer function space. If you cannot stop by our registration table, you can pick up materials the following day starting at 7:30 am.

MEETING SPACE

All general sessions will take place in the OVAL Ballroom on the hotel’s 1st floor.  The hotel will be at full capacity during our stay, so please consider this as you plan your elevator “commute” times.
All meals will take place on the ground floor at the restaurant.  

ATTIRE

Attire for the event is Smart Casual (jeans are OK – no holes, rips or distressing, please).
Plan to look your best for the Awards Dinner (suits or jackets, cocktail dresses or fancy pants – just dress yourself up for “a night out!”).
The temperature in the meeting space can vary so wearing layers is encouraged.
As we’ll be enjoying both indoor and outdoor activities on Wednesday and Thursday afternoon, please dress comfortably and consider attire suitable for a relaxed setting, including some time on the beach. Comfortable footwear is recommended to make the most of our time together.

Expect temperatures in the 80’s during the day and in the 60’s at night.
